At House of Caia, every order is prepared with exceptional care and dispatched within 1–7 business days with complimentary shipping. Once your order has been shipped, your tracking details will be shared with you so you may follow your delivery with ease.
All deliveries are carried out by our authorized logistics partner and sent to the delivery address provided at checkout. A successful handover to any individual present at this address is considered a completed delivery. Should you not be available at the time of delivery, House of Caia is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation in full.
If no one is present to receive the shipment, the Customer is responsible for contacting the courier and arranging a suitable redelivery. In cases where the order is handed to someone other than the Customer, any refusal or absence of that individual remains under the Customer’s responsibility.
Any damages arising from delayed acceptance of the order, as well as costs incurred due to the shipment being held by the courier or returned to House of Caia, will be borne by the Customer.
From the moment the order is physically received by the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (excluding the courier), all risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer.
