Refund policy

Should you wish to return your purchase, you may do so complimentary using our designated courier return code, provided the item meets our return conditions.

Except in instances of willful misconduct or gross negligence, House of Caia shall bear no liability to the Customer for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase of Products offered on our Website.

Please note that we do not facilitate direct exchanges through our website. To secure your preferred item, we invite you to place a new order, enjoying our complimentary shipping service.

In the event a return is declined, House of Caia will notify the Customer via a detailed email. Consequently, the original payment will not be refunded. Furthermore, House of Caia reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages attributable to the Customer's handling of the item.

Return Conditions

  • 14-Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.

  • Pristine Condition: Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. They must be returned in their original packaging and be in perfect resalable condition.

  • Right of Refusal: House of Caia reserves the right to refuse the return of any Product that unequivocally appears to have been damaged, degraded, stained, or used beyond the minimal inspection strictly necessary to ascertain its nature and characteristics.

  • Hygiene Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, items such as bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and similar products cannot be returned once their original packaging has been opened.

  • Premium Shipping Exclusions: Should the Customer specifically opt for a delivery method other than the standard complimentary shipping offered by House of Caia, we shall not be obligated to refund the associated premium delivery costs.

  • Invalid Returns: Products that fail to meet our return criteria will be sent back to your registered delivery address at no additional cost.

The Refund Process

Upon arrival at our facilities, your return will be meticulously inspected. For approved returns that meet the aforementioned criteria, the refund will be processed and transmitted to your bank within 14 business days.
