Shipping & Delivery

Your orders will be meticulously prepared within 1 to 7 business days and dispatched via our complimentary shipping service. Once your package has left our facilities, you will receive a notification containing your shipment tracking details.

• Delivery and Address Verification: Products will be delivered via House of Caia’s authorized courier partner to the individual present at the delivery address specified by the Customer on the Order Form. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that any delivery accepted by an individual present at the designated address at the time of arrival shall be deemed a successful and valid delivery to the Customer.

• Fulfillment of Delivery Obligations: House of Caia shall be deemed to have fully and completely fulfilled its delivery obligations even if the Customer is not personally present at the time of delivery. Should there be no recipient available at the address, it remains the Customer’s responsibility to coordinate directly with the courier service to arrange for collection or redelivery.

• Third-Party Deliveries: In cases where the Product is to be delivered to an individual other than the Customer, any failure to receive the shipment or any refusal of the Product by said individual remains entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

• Delayed Acceptance and Unclaimed Shipments: Any damages arising from the Customer's delayed acceptance of the shipment, as well as all expenses incurred due to prolonged storage at the courier facility and/or the eventual return of the package to House of Caia, shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.

• Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss, damage, or degradation to the Products shall transfer entirely to the Customer from the exact moment physical possession of the items is taken by the Customer, or by any third party designated by the Customer (excluding the courier service).
